| 1. Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a booking confirmation from Caribbean Bayside. |
| 2. Caribbean Bayside will not hold any responsibility for last minute bookings. |
| 3. For Local Customers: Bookings must be made at least 3 working days prior to participation date. |
| 4. For Cruise Customers: Bookings via email must be at least 7 days prior to departure date of your Cruise holiday. |
